Shipping policy
Currently, SORTHECY ships globally but does not ship to PO boxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that taxes/duties/VAT are not included in International shipping costs and will be additionally added to the cost of each order. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 days for any items marked as a “pre-order” item. Tracking information will be sent via your resgistered, but may also be retrieved by sending a request along with your order number to aqil@sorthecy.com.
SORTHECY does not take responsibility for any customs fees for international orders and these charges. The customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Rates (Malaysia)
• West Malaysia : RM10
• East Malaysia : RM15
Orders Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During launches, sales, or peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer. Please be patient, good things take time.
Shipping Method
• Orders within Malaysia are shipped via trusted local courier services.
• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Estimated Delivery Time
• West Malaysia: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• East Malaysia: 3–7 working days after dispatch
• Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
• Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
• Sorthecy is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Any re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
• If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier first using the provided tracking number.
• If assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll help where we can.
• Sorthecy is not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
